I am heading out to do some perch/crappie fishing on Sat. off shore. Question is, hows the bite in Keswick/Jacksons point/BB/ swing bridge?

does "off shore" mean from on the shore

or does it mean from a boat off shore fishing

just so I know

to me it means from a boat

but the places you wrote makes me think you mean from shore
