WHOOOOOO HOOOOO .. plus I just started a job today http://www.thespec.com/article/266415

Fisherman Posted October 16, 2007 Report Posted October 16, 2007 Remember, don't spend it all in one place and check to make sure of the tax implication. I think it's taxable and check to make sure tax has been taken off, or, roll it into RSP if you have room.

Yeah last time I got a severance, they withheld 48%, then I got dinged at tax time for another $5000! Be careful!
