just to let you guys know there is a bass tourney on wellers bay (only) on saturday sept 8th entry is $30 pre register and $35 on saturday

 

 

It will be out of wellers baycamp ground give them a call 613-475-3113

 

the price is $30 per boat you may have as many guys in the boat ie. team entry

 

 

if you see a purple skeeter with a merc on it come by and say hi

there is and was a explosives dumping ground in the lake in wellers bay, mostly from the second world war, it is by the what they call the "beach" the peninsula land/sandbar that seperates the bay from the lake. I would not worry about fishing and blowing up, it is a very popular area with several campgrounds and trailer parks
