Wes Bender Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 I am heading up a new catch and release program in P.E.I. Clams can be a very rewarding catch. But even more rewarding is the release. Knowing that that little clam will live another day and skirt water on someone else's foot, as they walk on the beaches of P.E.I, is a feeling only attained when releasing a big hen steelhead or Brook trout. below is a photo of a couple 1 ounzers I dug and successfully released.
LeXXington Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 Oh my is that SUN in PEI... From the time I was there I did not think that happened
Bob Posted September 4, 2007 Report Posted September 4, 2007 I release them all too. Right into a big pot of boiling salt water over the campfire.
