I think Shimano feels clunky compared to the smooth Daiwa I spoke of. I gave my Shimano crap away years ago!

Power Pro is sweet. If there's lots of rocks/snags then I use straight mono..Super Silver Thread or Magna Thin .

While moving upstream Coho salmon may jump to clear obstacles. They can jump as high as 6 ½ feet. Fry jump to catch bugs on the water surface. In the ocean they will jump to escape predators such as seals and Orcas. When females return back to fresh water to spawn, they will jump clear of the water to loosen their egg sacks.

Just get one corner lifted off, then use needle-nose pliers & slowly roll it off. Then clean the glue off with window cleaner.

4-stroke, plus a stabilizing-fin/wing for better hole-shot. Add a drop-down trolling plate too.
