  1. SoloPowerboater Big congratulations
  2. I not certain the "hope and change" thing is workin out so well. :wallbash: Me, I voted for Ralph Nadar both times.
  3. I propose a player for player swap. You can have Obummer and we'll take Harper. Sound like a good deal to me, eh Billy Bob.
  4. Man, Kelvin Feel your grief. So sorry. Cancer is just so insidious. My most sincere condolences.
  5. Wow, you have to hand it to Eddie North. Being in the camp and making sure his customers are happy and no issues is really going the extra mile! If you and Moosebunk do team up on a trip there, Eddie North could charge double for the next party in for the dock report alone!
  6. Rob, Really nice report. I had my wife read it just so she knows what I'm missin out on. Since there are 6 in your party, and the camp shot picture had 7 and another taking the picture, are there other people in camp? Boy, if Moosebunk, Solopaddler and The Walleye Wanderers ever went on a trip together, think what kind of report that would produce.
  7. Really nice video Simon. Thanks for letting me in your hut. Clear ice.
  8. Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." Genesis 1:25-27
  9. x2 :clapping:
  10. Yup, thats the stuff of legends. The "Alice E" . Thanks for sharing.
  11. On the bottom left of the painting, what is the boats name? Does that have any meaning? Very cool.
  12. I formed a Jimmy Dean sausage crust and filled it with provolone cheese, hash brown potatoes, frozen corn/bean blend, frozen pepper/mushroom blend. Plenty of high powered hot sauce. Was delicious.
  13. Hey fishdawg, love your term bacon explosion. I made this on Friday Took me awile to get over my bacon and sausage coma.
  14. Have you ever wrapped it with a bacon weave? In Iowa, where I'm from its called a fattie. Just seems with your handle it would be a natural. And I mean the wrapping part, not the fattie. Lol
  15. Rodwrap, really love your smokers. Do you ever hang your ribs vertically in them? Not wanting to hijack your thread but us foodies do get passionate on what we produce. Billy Bob, the prime cooks for 35 minites on each side and I pulled it off with a internal temp of 105. We like our cow rare. Left the twice baked on for about an hour. It was very easy. I also smoke mashed potatoes the same way. Yes, they were really yummy. Lick the screen, lol, thank you.
  16. Rodwrap, Very nice form, squash looked amazing. What was the sausage stuffed with? Looks like you were cooking for an army. I did a smoked prime rib, smoked twice baked potatoes, fire roasted veggies.
  17. Merry Christmas Bushart Got a foot of snow ending yesterday I'm guessing most of my Canadian friends don't want to hear it. Love your artwork. Always in good taste.
  18. Way too funny! :clapping:
  19. I am. http://message.snopes.com/showthread.php?t=48318
  20. I love the symbolism. :clapping: Says to me that we run into angels all the time. Recognizing them is the hard part.
  21. That was great. Your son's unbridled enthusiasm clearly evident! May I suggest a longer net for ole Uncle Horace. Thanks for sharing. You are a most patient father.
  22. I say Thank you to all my fine Canadian friends. I only wish I was as thoughtful on your Thankgiving. Art, I am also working on the stuffing and sweets letting my better half sleep in. As far as black friday goes :wallbash: I won't be out there. This year is a concerted effort to buy American or Canadian.
  23. Well said Merc X2
  24. I got the Wave DHxL ultra lite wave spin couple months ago for my fall trip. I liked it. I put Nanofil on it and I was a casting fool. Course, if your careful and paying attention, line tangles aren't much of a problem.
