  1. You can see in the last three the eye focus is way better and clarity too

Keep Playing with the camera (get it off auto)I usually use shutter priority or full manual for static birds I use F stop I like and shutter speed of 640 and up BIF shutter speed of 1600 and up my camera doesn't like high ISO so I set it to ISO max 800 on auto ISO think the sandpipers are Lesser Yellowlegs but I'm no expert on shore birds

  8. So my Northern Harrier I'm sure said goodbye to me this morning cause right after this pic she circled her way up and up and up then headed West down the Lake Ontario shore line.

    Not bad for ISO 6400 my camera usually doesn't like ISO over 640
  10. Sorry wrote that before it hit here way too much lightning for a 30 second exposure maybe 5 seconds it's lit up here pretty good and hasn't even hit her yet dam I wish my house was on the other side of the road I'd be set up in there tripod in garage outta the rain and snappin pics

  12. Looks more like a gremlin looking at the ground nice pics though as for Lightning set it on a tripod set your cam up for 30 second shots then hope and prey on hits when the shutter is open

  17. Thanks Yea theres a Yellow crowned Juvi where I go aswell but he stays on the far side of the pond seen him twice but no chance for a pic
