  1. Lol Rad dood
  2. Not Powell Swiss Also, with bearings, quality matters. Many abec 3 will outperform abec 7s or even 9s
  3. Are bocas Swiss bearings? They should be darn near silent Also, are they shielded or non shielded?
  4. ^^^weird, I've had nothing but the opposite. You know your stuff too so I believe it. You did oil them right? Of course you did Ceramic bearing are almost silent, weird your reel is louder after the switch
  5. Musky And congrats! Beauty fish! I've caught a few but all small 23-27" I'd love to get a big girl
  6. Ceramic abec 7 all the way. You can bulk order from China very cheap. It's funny, I first figured out bearings through Skateboards, turns out its totally applicable to fishing reels. You will not beat ceramic bearings, tough as nails and smooth as trunkular trees
  7. Hahahah loved it! Great fish, great edit You hammered Terry a lil hard but im Sure he'll get ya back Last fish was a beast!
  8. I got that crap on sale and put it on my kids rod. I agree. Stuff is a nightmare, and good luck casting it more than 20ft lol. Nevermind casting in a wind. It's ok for jigging if you can stand the god awful sound
  9. Nobody on earth can cast further with baitcasters than a spinning reel
  10. I'd agree. Only one line I have issues with and that's low test Berkley vanish. Breaks no matter what A double palomar on 8 or 10lb braid, I can break a jig before the line. Love it! Rarely ever loose any line if you know how to break it correctly Lower rod, point at the snag, grab line with glove and pull straight back. It will either break the line at the jig, break the jig, or free it safely and easily, depending on the snag of course
  11. I love his sense of humour and he sure is knowledgeable!

  19. I too tested these in the oilfield. Best truck ever. But, the one I want is 20 grand over the Silverado, which was our second choice. It's actually the similar truck my dad wanted, but couldn't get approved for, so he got a fully loaded dodge 2500 He's pissed at me right now lol
  20. I could get in a boat though, but I won't be moving around much
