  1.

they better alter the quality of the shadow raps or they will lose some customers for sure

Yeah, but I meant the other way around.

Seems alit of these lures talked about as junk, we're awesome quality during the first few year of release.

I have older rapala subwalks that have lured hundreds of pike/bass. And a few newer ones that were just garbage. The part that gives them the gliding action weren't symmetrical and one even broke off

Glad I rarely buy lures anymore. Pretty sure I've already made a few people rich lol

  2. I've heard of this. Sadly I find issues with X-raps as well taking on water without any abuse. When I use them casting open cold water for trout it seems after every outing one seems to f up.

I hope they sort this out cause shadow rap is a nice bait with good colours

I've had good luck with xraps but.... I bought all mine when they first came out.

Even with all the pike they attracted

  3. If moose had gone to deeper waters earlier, canis lupus might have drowned trying for a meal. as it was, water eventually got deep enough the wolf let go, from what i saw.

Yep, that's why I found it odd it had not gone to deeper water earlier. It kept looking at land(but maybe that was because a 2nd wolf was there like Brian pointed out)

Im certainly no expert but I've seen this twice on small northern backlakes. Once with 3 wolves and once with a bear, and the moose just went full tilt into the water escaping both times no prob.

Again, awesome to see this footy! We don't get to see enough of the north American wild documented!

  4. I saved reading this for a Saturday morning and as per usual, unreal bunk!

I truly admire you as a man/angler/writer/nurse/adventurer/photographer in no particular order...

That's really awesome how the kids are actually being kids. That's great to see! Also, they have a mini ramp! That stoked the inner skatenerd in me lol.

All the pics are incredible! The fishing looks awesome! And that last sunset pic is one of the best "god sure has a paintbrush" type of photos!

Thanks again for the read/visuals Andrew!!!

  5. I cut the cable in 2005. I don't watch tv anymore. It took awhile to get used to no sports but after a few months I was fine. I think I am a lot smarter for cutting the cable. HNIC can be live streamed on Saturday evening if I do care for a game or two.

Yeah we cut ours a few years back. I stream news if I want too, but I stream alot of hockey and golf. It's all available for free or very cheap

  6. Well I hope that's the case lol. Fact is I just don't know.

But he already cooks OK. Apparently he raised his brothers quite Abit(turns out his mom is not all there) but his dad, grandma and gramps looked after him quite well.

I learned alot from grams and Gramps too so thats a good thing for sure.

I'm reserving further judgment for an Ice fishing trip or three

  7. Yep too tired at 17 to do anything else. In Randy Moss's voice, "COME ON MAN." I never had a daughter but enough nieces and God Daughters to lose sleep, I don't envy your journey Brudder.

I am such a sceptic I want to know how a 17 year old can come up with a down stroke and make payments on a 35K rig and bling it out let alone insurance which has to be 500 a month for a 17 year old. This guy needs some Hamilton style interrogation, he may fold under questioning.

Lol. What you want me to say MAAAAN? he's partaking in sexual acts with my daughter?(I hope that was clean enough art?)

Yes, he probably is. But I'd rather not think about that so please people quit bringing it up lol.

Kid has a good job, and I guess he's really into trucks lol. His truck is probably cosigned signed by daddy or grandpa.

I know our kids are nowhere near owning a vehicle. Which they will do on their own and no I will not cosign. So they'll all likely have 1992 Honda Civic hatchbacks as their first vehicles hahaha.

4 teens in the house now, only two have jobs. They have alot of learning, and alot of work to do!!!!
