They have a new patch out called insect defend patch,, saw it on dragons den and ran into them at sportsman show,, has anyone tried them yet up north for the black flys and mossys,,, bought some at home hardware the other day to try for our trip ,, 5 for 6.50 , also good for hangovers too,might be a good thing for either one...

Yes it is probable easier with pen and paper ,but we are in the computer age ,so it is easier to spend hours searching for something or trying to figure out how to print it off,,, rather than do pen and paper and take 5 secs..

Got the Droid Phone,, does anyone know any good apps for fishing logs etc or something along the lines of that and also looking for a log of some kind I can download and print off for our fishing trip to keep logs of everyones catch,, we have a group of 17 going to gowganda lake in 2 weeks and staying at lookout point camp,,thanks for any help..

Used to have a trailer on that lake,, very weedy when we were there,, i am sure it hasnt' changed, they use that lake for the locks , can get shallow in spots ,be careful,, not bad fishing ,we were only there for one year ,so got out a few times and didnt catch that much ,but dont go by me.. good luck.

I read somewhere that pushlinch lake up hwy 6 has walleye in it,,we were going to check it out this summer ,used to waterski up there ,got a bit dry there but heard they have saved it,, wouldnt'be able to tell you about it until we go in june though..

Did you use different plugs, use the ones specified to engine,might not be running hot enough ,, and the oil is a problem also,, good luck,

I've been to ivanhoe, a few years back,we went first of june and walleye were still in river way up,,hit snow storms and everything there,, did good there about 1-2 pds ers ,the odd big one but not many.I think we stayed at red cedar ,nice place ,and they have outposts up the river which would be nice. we are headed to gowganda lake this year and staying at lookoutpoint camp,17 of us this year.. Larry and Vicki are really going out of there way to make our stay the best one and we havent even gotten there yet..

Lake ivanhoe by timmins,, we stayed at red cedar ,or something like that ,, a couple of years ago,, we had to go up the river in early june to get walleye,about 2 miles up and past some cabins and we hit very good , got to the point we were throwing back in ,, just small ones ,we only hit one large one about 8 pds and should be posted in there camp,, the weather was terrible when we went ,, snow ,ice rain you name it ,last week of may and first of june, if this is where your going let me know and i wil dig up some pics,, the walleye are up the river early spring and it is quite a hike but nice ride,,, lots of moose to see .

Just make the deal on what you want to pay ,then say cash ,, they wont turn you down, i did that last year ,the salesman didn't no what to say,thought i was kidding ,walked across the street and handed him certified check.picked the truck up next day.also guys are right ,they make there money on financing ,and extras.

We have been owned by bell for quite a few years now,, at first I didn't mind ,but we have 4 phones with them and i needed a better one for business,i am counting the months to get rid of them, i am waiting on wind to come into the picture ,we pay to much for our cell service in canada,, the more choices we have in canada will hurt the scum that sucked us these past years,they will lose alot of customers,.. the only deal i get is with expresvu, i cancel with them and they offer 30 percent off in a heart beat,if you have them ,, just phone and do the usual cancel routine and say well i think it is to much for the service and you will be offered a deal ,i guaurntee it,, my buddy gets 40 off, this has been for 2 years now ,free pvr ,hd the whole shebang,, try it ,at least you'.l feel better about this one service while we bend over for there other service..

Tap Water here, can seem to phatom the 1.00 per bottle price when up the road is where they bottle it. And I remember seeing something on bottled water that Lake ontario was one of the largest suppliers for bottled water ,advertised as the great lakes north clear or something..
