Your right roy,But to have a license# in hand or a copy isnt.the ministry can check it threw your drv.lic#,date of birth. In my trade 99% of the time registrastions/ownerships are copies, and legal.Due to the circumstances. Now I spoke to an officer years back about copies. He said depending on the issue and ID to verify, there should not be an issue. It may pend on the discretion of the officer. But to buy another license is fine as long the purchaser is notifying the mnr about the change.I had to do the same 8 yrs ago.And for boat reg and ins, copies are in all vehicles and the originals stay at home, regardless.Just my 2 cents worth.not to stirr a ruccus, just my 2 cents. We pay enough they should send use an extra card, same as the boating license.

We used to get them when I was yas young, and plenty of them depending on the coyotes that year.Havent seen any jack in years, and have only seen cottontails so far a lot in the summer. All these housing developements are a major problem.I have 2 young cotton tails in my front yard every morning. They are a so called pet,not a pest.Im glad they have a place to nest.

a small mason jar,wax paper, tin foil and a stick match, you do the chemistry, worked great for me.A way to vaccum seal without suckin or blowin.Leave that for the strip clubs.

call the mnr and see if you get your license#.they may be able to fax you a copy.Where you purchased it last should have a copy for there records? I keep copies in my boat and tackle box.the hard copy stays with me at all times.regardless.Call the local canadian tire they will have a number to call.good luck

its a two piece.thats for sure. -
My dauhters barbie and nemo combos out fished me everytime I take them out.Mind you I had to land them.5 lb bass at temagemi(pictures to come),on a kiddy rod trolling.Same as the grand 4lb pick.If you know the equipement and the fish your fishing for. There should not be a problem.I bit the bullet too many times and she bit me for it,no regrets, but like I was told by an all knowing fly fisherman you can catch a fish on a twig with string.tried it,and it worked just fine.

my med fast actin st croix 9 1/2ft avid with a shimano cardiff 401a has been a good combo,a little versitile. The rod is a little light for muskie but I use it for bass, pike, bottom bouncing for trout.one muskie on the stringer on this one.Has been great for trolling and down rigging so far.And lots of pickerel. -
Nice fish I decided not to go there and went a liitle west ,1 5lb brown on the barbi saturday.nice ones ,toss the football.

Youre local fly shop/specialist will give the best advice in your area.As per size and type.Sreamers would be a way to start.Or just go out to the stream your fishing and flip over a few rocks.Crawfish or stone nimphs would be a go.If there are a lot of shiners then go with that.A single egg wouldnt hurt at all. Most local shops will post on a billboard, water temp and fly types and sizes to go with.Good luck in your venture, see the pros first.Saves me a lot of homework.

When I get my limit I change course,go for another species in a different spot.I only keep what ill that day or the next day.

Nice fish chief.I use the same reel on my raven.2 guys were fishing st kits today and doing well.wasnt sure if it was you across the river. With the picts probably not.
-
Ya I guess but to look at this fish It should of had a long life ahead of it.A fighter indeed. And a beauty, its been years that ive seen one like this.I ussually nail stocked brown in lake O .10 yrs or so Ive seen them like that the B creek.I will not say the B name, ever again.
-
They didnt keep it because i caught it.
-
I know it was snagged, fresh blood on one fillet and a scar to match, they should think about mother nature taking its coarse.Let her go take a handfull and send her on its way.
-
Im not sure about culling laws,if im correct, and correct me if i am wrong. If you catch a fish you are at your limit or if it is out of season and and caught accidently, and this fish has no chance to survive,it can be kept.without reporting it.I recently gave away my old fisheries act book to a friend.I need to get a recent one,for my informaton. The summary is a guide line and it doesnt cut it for me.Its just a guide line.

After a long while I finally bagged a female brown trout, hoping for a bow though.5lbs and clean.Very sluggish on the fight and when I landed it guess what her belly was empty,.I seen 3 others caught at the same time they were full of eggs. This fish was stripped(molested). She would survive.I filleted it and guess was I found, fresh blood traces on the fillet.I think its about a #8 hook(snagged accidently for sure in this area)Why didnt they just take the fish?
-
Well iwas out today and guess what after throwing out old roe and curing store baught,I finally landed a female brown about 5 lbs,and not a stocked one what a beauty. Her belly though was stripped. There was a hand full left. She didnt have much of a fight, sluggish,It was too easy to land.If I let her go she wouldnt survive. This fish was tired.all in all the fillets were free of the silver lining.A good one that was molested by others. The guy next to me caught one and her belly was full,as per the others I saw.
-
Thanks again for everyones input.got to rest up niagara is waiting for me.i ll post later on my expedition for the niagara bow.
-
In doing so,release asap. But if the fish cannot survive,I beleive you need to call the mnr and report. You will be over your limit. Most guys woudnt call and let the guy next to them control the rod.and actually land the fish.

I think the greenish ooze was the meat. The grossest thing I ever saw.It was worse than a freshdead skunk, except this fish hit my line and swam while roting away.I need a bucket now.
