  7. yeah i know... even if he did catch all those fish i doubt anyone else caught as many...that is a LOT of fish for that lake

I could already tell when i went that belwood had more of a fishing apeal to it then conestogo... the pure amount of boats and jet ski's on conestogo makes me want to vommit... my father dsays its never been as bad now then its ever been the toxic gases and exhaust kills the fish and is just plain bad

  13. i recenty bought a used car battery (eliminator) and it world very long for trolling motors and has hgh power.can these be used as cranking batteries... what are the reasons it can not be because i can't remember the specifications?
  14. interesting... about long point is there many waves? can small boats get in easily? and is it free boat launching?
  15. anyone know any good lakes, spots on lake erie for bass/pike walleye... i was thinking long point because i hear the fishing is great there but i don't know any boat launches there...anyone have any other locations... other that conestogo,belwood and guelph

  17. i find that front drag can be a bit smoother and come off more cleanly as some rear drag's have a little more of stop randomly drag's...although a new daiwa rear drag for steelhead and trout has very smooth drag so i don't really know...nuff said

  20. a guy caught a walleye ... and a few people got bass but nothing to be raving about...this lake may have better luck in a month when the fish start moving around more....i did see a very big pike close to my 6 hole section though,but i couldn't get it to bite it was big like 35+ inches maybe....never saw one that big there
  21. my first time ice fishing was pretty fun even though i didn't catch anything i had free minnows given to me by others...(which i later kept and froze)i tried jigging had my buddy use a live bait rig but nothing.... but i got an hour in an ice hut when no one was looking...hehe i was on belwood lake ...i think i'll try again this season
  22. nahhh b you got it all wrong ....... the asian carp are actually asian people diguised as fish invading our waters so they can invade the greater north american region...and i'm one of emmm!!!!....... joking aside sorry to any asian out there lol
  23. few ... i thought i needed to make an auger before time runs out for me. you know if i should just use minnows or jigs or both? ?
