I agree that enforcement needs to come to the fore, there are a certain breed out there that will will never abide by the rules heck they won`t even buy a license. The MNR needs to take a serious look at enforcement aswell we could teach our kids about the regs and the do`s and dont`s. I know up in my area we get a lot of kids fishing in the canals and numerous times I have seen kids catching Bass out of season is this a criminal issue I don`t think so, it`s an education issue no one has probably ever told these kids they are doing anything wrong.

I would fish the opposite side of lake, you could drive to the end of island road and launch there I have never launched there but lots of people do. I have always found if you can find some green weed you will usually find some Walleye. I will be out on the opener and I plan on trying the sand bar and perhaps trolling some weedlines in the Scugog river area if that fails I will try something new (for me) dropshot rigging for eyes in some of the deeper channel areas.

I think Joe Whats his name could catch fish up there with just about any stupid infomercial bait ever made. I wonder why he was using a Banjo minnow $$$$$ perhaps!

What`s wrong with that?LOL When I am out on my favorite lakes Scugog,Simcoe,Balsam etc. I am always on the lookout for terrorists I haven`t seen any yet but I`ll keep my eyes open.LOL

I like Bob Izumi,Dave Mercer,and Extreme Angler(except the music) Fishing Edge and In-Fisherman. I avoid shows that have anything to do with Trout and Salmon fishing as I have no interest. I also avoid Canadian Sport fishing as Italo is just one 30 min. commercial.
