Toronto Area Thanks Lew

A friend of mine is having problems with his boat. The trim randomly stops working for the motor as well as the starter switch (Not a battery issue). Luckily we were docked and didn’t get stranded. The wiring looked shady from the beginning, but never had an issue. It appears that the previous owner did the wiring himself. He added a CD player/speakers, and marine radio. Does anybody know of a Marina, or someone who can do a good wiring job at a reasonable price? Thanks

no glue needed, just a well tied knot. i've never had my knots break on me...the fluoro will snap before the knot breaks

I'm trying to find somewhere locally (GTA) or in Canada that i can purchase this Abu Garica power handle. I've found it on ebay, but would like to avoid purchasing from US/International sellers. Has anybody seen this for sale somewhere? Thanks

i just use a couple feet of mono as a backing so it doesnt slip. No problems for me. One of my buddies had braid spooled on his reel by BPS and they didnt use a backing, and he had problems with slipping

how far are these lakes from Bay Lake? any boat rentals out there?

i was up there 2 summers ago. the fishing there is great! i cant really help you out with specfic spotS...we ended up fishing and catching all over the whole lake. its a long narrow lake, so its easy to navigate and not get lost. theres a bridge a few km from the camp where the locals were jigging for walleye. i would just recommend to spend your first day trying random spots throughout the lake, and trolling between spots. especially along the rock walls

Anybody ever been to Bay Lake in Novar, Ontario?? just north of Huntsville? i searched on Google, but couldnt find any info regarding fishing. how is the fishing there? what type of fish, etc? thanks
