Take them out on Lake O for some salmon action! I did this with a group of 21 people this year and we had a blast!
Hey Bill can you get to Lake O in an hour from Ottawa?
:dunno:
Got the feeling this is more than a one day exercise too that he is looking for.

thanks for the imput. I will not be trailering it. It will be staying at a cottage on pigeon lake. I was looking at for strokes, Yamaha or merc 15 or 20s.. I was leaning towards the 20 as the merc has electric start yamaha does not. worried the four strokes might be hard to start. I will be fishing more alone than not.
thanks for the imput everyone.
The four strokes aren't any harder to start than a 2 stroke.
We have had 30hp Merc 4 stroke pull start motors at the lodge on Great Bear for quite a few years.
If they are maintained they start first or second pull.
However, having electric start is a huge bonus as you will have a battery and charging system which will mean you have power to run lights, fishfinder, radio etc.
If it were me I would go with the electric start 20hp Merc.

I would go with a 20 or 25 on it.

Pretty entertaing game going on in Montreal tonight.
If you like a good spirited match you may want to tune in for the third period.

Alrighty then. I think we can add riveted vs welded to the long list of OFC hot button topics right up there with tiller vs console.
And Vexilar vs Marcum!!!

Further to your point 2012 average ticket prices from ESPN:
27 Tampa Bay Lightning 37.73
So that's why my 7th row tickets on the blue line for the Jets/Lightning game on March 30th were ony $100 each including taxes and ticketmaster fees while the same ticket in TO would be $225.
GO JETS!!!!!!

Would you buy a watch off the street from a random? Probably not, how about a watch off someone off kijiji, pretty much the same thing.
Depends, if it's a nice gold Rolez, maybe. LOL

Funny, at one time planes were made out of wood and fabric, and now most modern aircraft are constructed from composites. So maybe all our boats should be made of composites now.
There are some, they are made of this new high tech stuff called FIBERGLASS!!!

Not bashing Crestliner at all. Just letting the OP know of a possible concern with welded hulls on lighter guage aluminum boats of all makes. Not saying it will crack at all, just something to take into consideration is all.

Grabbed this off another board
Shows one huge school of Cisco in Simcoe.
There was a lost perch in the midst of that sea of chrome. LOL

Check the thickness on those harbourcrafts.....apples and oranges.
S.
Yep ,exactly!!!
Most of the less expensive welded aluminum hulls are using much thinner aluminum stock that is easily over heated when welding. This over heating weakens the area next to the weld and it is more prone to crack.

Typical of the seniorita fans, always doubling everything like the number of cups they have won... Err wait I guess that's still zero.
Clearly wilson wanted a goalie at the deadline from what he said at the post game. The d sucked pretty bad. Unfortunatly the caps won as well.
They don't need a goalie or D'men or forwards.
They need a good SPORTS PSYCOLOGIST!!!!!!!
-
Well this sucks!!!
Hope he pulls through.

Habs legend in hospital after stroke
MONTREAL - Canadiens legend Jean Beliveau has been hospitalized after suffering a stroke.
The NHL team said the 80-year-old Hall of Famer was admitted to hospital after having the stroke Monday evening.
The Canadiens says Beliveau "is currently undergoing active investigation and treatments."
Beliveau played 20 NHL seasons from 1950 to 1971, all with the Habs.
He won 10 Stanley Cups.

it's as much a part of the game as hitting, fighting, and drinking cold ones on saturday night! heaven help which ever team has to face the ribbing when one of our teams finally wins a cup and actually has something worth chirping about.
