Man Found Guilty Of Possessing Fish Porn

A man from St Neots has been found guilty and sentenced in court for the possession of pornography involving a fish. Nelson Nazare, a 45-year-old male from Manor Grove, was given a six week suspended sentence by Huntingdon Law Courts for the illegal porn videos that he had on his mobile phone

Nazare was also sentenced for harassing his wife after his marriage had broken down in May and he had continued to approach her after she had asked him to stop. The threatening behavior continued, as he was waiting outside her home in a car, leading to her driving to a police station and phoning the police from the safety of her own car.

After police arrested him and confiscated his phone for evidence, they found the pornographic videos on the device. Two of the videos included sex acts with animals, one with a woman and a dog and another one showing a man having intercourse with a large fish.

According to Kevin Warboys, his defense attorney, the videos were not meant for arousal and had been sent by a friend to Nazare. He explained: “One of Mr Nazare’s friends, knowing how sad and upset he was, sent him three images in what seems to have been a misguided attempt at distracting and amusing him.” Warboys continued, “There does not seem to be any content that Mr Nazare might find arousing. He believed he had deleted them all. He had not kept them for any purpose that might be of greater concern.

  2. Because I hate the Bruins I thought this was pretty funny. :D

WILMINGTON, Mass. – In the kind of inauspicious start the Bruins were probably looking to avoid at the opening of rookie camp, all three 2015 first-round picks by the Bruins – Jakub Zboril, Jake DeBrusk and Zach Senyshyn – failed the conditioning test on Thursday morning. The test consists of a series of six back-and-forth 300 meter sprints with three minutes of rest in between each run, and all of them must be completed in under one minute’s time.

While Bruins general manager Don Sweeney gave the youngsters a bit of a pass because the runs were done on a wet, slippery turf surface, it’s also a clear indicator there is still work to be done for each of the talented teenagers. The conditioning test was the second time all the B’s prospects were put through this particular run after going through the same testing at July’s development camp, and none of three first-round picks were able to pass the test on either occasion.

“There’s still an educational process [here]. These are young kids, and they need to understand they are now being evaluated as pros,” said Sweeney, who said all players that flunked the conditioning test will still get a chance to play in the Buffalo rookie tournament this week. “They have to compare themselves against the pros and the established guys. If you don’t realize that there’s some work to be done then that will be pointed out.

“Really it’s about going forward for each and every one of them. Some guys will return to their junior teams with the expectation next year that they have to pass. We expect them to pass. They’ll have to do some work as a result of it. But it’s still an educational process as far as their personal growth.”

DeBrusk was the closest of the three to pass the conditioning run, but said the conditions made it even more challenging to pass the test.

“I was close, so I know what to expect and work on for next time,” said DeBrusk, who finished at exactly a minute on the third sprint to just barely fail the test. “I did way better than I did in the first time. I passed two out of the three. It was tough out there because we were on turf, and it was raining outside today. So sometimes you were slipping and falling out there. That cuts down a couple of seconds, but I was right there.”

Clearly, it’s not the end of the world as it’s not abnormal for 18-year-olds to flunk the grueling conditioning run in their first couple of times out of the gate. At the end of the day it’s not such a bad thing for the first-round picks to get a bit of a wakeup call after a charmed summer where their NHL Draft dreams became reality. Now each of the trio knows that it’s all business with the Bruins from here on out, and the expectations have been raised now that they represent the Original Six organization.

  3. Chinooks should still be available for at least part of October. The egg collection for Chinook is done in October, usually around Thanksgiving. I don't think I would be keeping any for the table at that point, but they will be there.

Early steelhead, browns and coho's should be available as well.

Quinte should be getting hot as well.

Up here in the North the big lakers and pike put on the feedbag then.

I look forward to that time of year. :)

  4. Crappy weekend this week. :(

Sick on Saturday, good day on Sunday and rain on Monday.

I didn't get done what I wanted to but did get a little done before heading home early due to the weather. Too dangerous to be up on the roof when it's wet. :wallbash:

Saturday I was able to work for 10 mins before taking a 30 min break. Too weak from the sickness.

Got the door in and some of the exterior sheathing and tuck taping done on the front and South side. Also got half of the back gable end sheathed.

Sunday I got all of the blocking on the North side rafters done as well as the eve and front fly rafters. I redid the sheathing as it wasn't working out from the top down.

Hopefully next weekends weather is good and I can get the roof finished.

  5. After trying all kinds of tie down straps, I finally bit the bullet and installed a set of stainless steel Boat Buckle retractable transom tie downs .

They are not cheap but the best tie downs I have ever used, no more fumbling and readjusting every time.

I kick myself for not Getting them earlier .

Boat buckles on my trailer too. Regular tiedows suck! ;)

  6. I have been using Olympus Stylus P&S cameras for fishing for close to 15 years now.

They perform very well, take decent pics and are tough.

My latest is probably 6 or 7 years old and still functions perfectly.

All the photos in my Working @ the lake thread were taken with it.

My avatar pic was taken with my Canon EOS and efs 10-22mm wide angle lens.

The DSLR does not come out very often but like your Powershot has to be looked after since it's not fluid friendly. :whistling:

  7. Get the OSB covered asap, it doesn't like water. You know that already. I see it holding up much better than some ridiculously thin plywood I have seen used.

Actually Grade 1 (exterior) OSB is quite resistant to water and can be exposed for quite a while without harm.

I hope to get it all finished and covered for the winter this weekend though. ;)

  8. its flipping diesel, you can't even hardly light it with a lighter. Better not pump gas at the gas station ...way too dangerous.

Tell that to any one that's been in a fiery jetliner crash. :whistling:

Yes the stuff is less flammable but still explosive given the right conditions. ;)

  9. The short answer is yes it does. I have a 28ft all aluminum boat that lives in a marina and it is very susceptible to electrolysis. It has an electronic galvanic isolation on the boat. It allows any stray current from the boat or water to pass thru the electrical system and out the ground wire connected to shore power. I also have a meter that measures the current passing thru the water and boat hull to monitor if the anodes need to be changed or the EGI is working correctly.

    Art

Not an issue for fresh water boats Art.

A huge issue with saltwater boats though.

As long as you have no TM interference with your sonar there is no need to worry about a ground bus in fresh water. IMHO
