  12. You may want to ask if the local municipal council wants to get on board with your event. They can certainly help with advertising. Bring it to a council meeting and ask, the worst that can happen is they say no. Pam

  21. This is Blackie, a late hatch of the American Crow family that I feed all year. He and his brother fell out of a tree during a storm. When the brother died because the parents didn't feed them I started feeding Blackie every hour during daylight. It's been a month now and his family has re-accepted him into the group, but I still have to feed him every 2 hours. He isn't good at breaking up food off the ground yet. Blackie one month ago: (notice I had to dress all in black or he wouldn't accept me as a mother crow. See the video: and Blackie now: Pam
  22. Now those are cool shots! Thanks. Pam
  23. Hi Everyone: It's that time of year. I have to paint an owl for the Owl Foundation's annual fundraiser. Does anyone have a photo I could use? I have already done a Snowy (thanks to Dan) and a juvenille Great Horned (thanks to Brandon). Any other species in Ontario would be great. Thanks in advance for searching your photos. Pam Dallaire
