I bought a can of it off ebay last year for very cheap.

It's the same as anything else. You go to a restaurant and tip the waiter every time. They are getting paid too so what's the difference. If I was paying for a charter I would go with the guy who has the best stuff and if it was a great day they would get a tip.

There are many Conservation Areas that would be great spots for this. They have the playgrounds, beaches and lakes. I think it's a matter of finding a central location for everybody that is coming.
