The battery should charge while the motor is running. If the motor was cranking than it is not a battery issue.

One upside to a 175L gas tank is that I can wait a month if I want to buy more gas!

There were a lot of Legends sold this year. Everywhere I take it there are always a few people taking theirs out for the first time. All makes of anything have issues. There is no way you can purchase something and KNOW 100% that there will be no issues.

carb could be gunked up. Did you use a fuel stabilizer before winter?

Mine is a 2008 Extreme 16 with a 50HP four stroke Decided to get all the goodies on it and it's perfect for the family. The full top makes it very comfortable to sleep on as well. The gas consumption (or lack of) is unbelievable.

I'm still waiting for permission on that The baby is due next week so I'm only allowed to "play" for a few hours!

In my suburban setting the cruise at 90k makes a huge difference. I can make it to Espanola using a 1/4 tank. EDIT: Great Link T.J.

I think it's time for this thread to go back to the original topic before it gets locked. Some of the "KNOW it all's" wanted to discuss the hockey theme.

I saw that as well. Most of what they were saying was Bull i think. They don't take into consideration the repairs for excessive starting at every light after you shut it off etc. The guy said "You can buy a thingy to plug into the thing that the mechanics use to fix cars that tells you your mileage" I turned it off after that!

I'm serious! It's finding the time to do it that's the hard part. If I do get anywhere with it I will post pics (I will gladly show the blown engine pics as well )
