I searched the net a bit and it seems like you can use car wax for fiberglass, just wanted to see if this is correct? I don't have a fiberglass boat but the console is fiberglass. Thx

Hey Dirk, So far I've put 12hrs on the W55 wirelss motor guide , I really like it. Yesterday I figured out I can steer from the console and just leave the trolling motor running straight and use the outboard as the rudder, works very well. 16ft boat with 3 ppl, full tank(24 gallons) & gear does 2.4mph. battery seems to last 4+ hours. Don't forget online reviews can't be accurate/valid for every bad review there could be 1000s of satisfied customers. Just my 2 cents.

I plan to get out to the Niagara river for the first time this Sunday, I know that there is a boat ramp near Queenston was given directions for it. I also know that I have to stay on the canadian side, now my questions are any specific conditions(ie river current) I have to be aware of I'm in a 16ft boat, I'm mainly going for smallies as most of my gear is towards that. Any suggestions as where to fish as in up the river or south of the launch? is it busy ie do I have to get there early to be able to park etc..? Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. PMs welcome. I've been waiting for a long time approx 2 years to try this river and its one of the reasons I upgraded from a 14ft boat. Thx

I had the same problem too, plus had my old boat to sell. But I did find old 08 stock had to drive 3hrs away. I was only looking at 16ft boats that would fit in my garage. I would say the US is the best bet especially if you can get the dealer to bring the boat over for you even better!

2006 Jeep Commander, avg 15mpg very happy with it a little over kill for what I tow I don't even need to use the tow button, but eventually will get a bigger boat. Excellent 4x4, In fact I like jeeps so much I will be upgrading my wife's camry to a diesel GC in 4-5 years and will keep this one for as long as I can.

I'm a princecraft fan, but you'll get more if you buy the Tracker prov16, the link you posted is not the prov16. The prov16 is wider and slightly higher should handle rough water a little better, the 50hp 2 stroke should be enough to do high 20s mph(27-29mph). Also to properly compare you would compare the prov to a princecraft resorter/starfish dlx.
