Wow what a brain fart I had. Went to buy some 00buck today,was asked for my card, expired 2006. WHAT? Get the number to call.and get a great lady on the other end. She asured me all was going to be ok.This was after she told me my lic had been pulled and I was in possesion of ieligle guns. Had me sweating at that point. Turns out there was an anmisty til next may.So give her my info,wouldnt you know it,she was born here in Barrie and left as a young girl (she told me she was in her 50,s).She asked about the happening here and if things had changed, as she got me all straighten out. I think what made this so easy aswell,she was a hunter too. So needless to say,I have all the new forms coming to sign,Im back in the good books and can still hunt.Just cant buy ammo til my new card comes. Thanks guys. I went and bought one, 1mg chip(not easy to find, let me tell ya) and it turns out the mrs,s cam will take the 4mg chip (bonus for her,and me ) So I got her two 1mgs she bought aswell. Now Im all set. Just hope I set the trail cam program right.

You may recall, you gave me a heads up on a trail cam from CTC. Told you it was not working so I returned it. Wellllllllll,turns out I was a darn dumb I had a 4 mg chip,and the cam only works on a 1mg.So I went to CTC today,picked another up,hooked it up,and it now,is straped to a tree at the feeder location. Can wait til saturday to change up the chip and put the cam near another stand. Probly the corn field area. Thanks again. Brian

Dont use crack corn Rick. After I used it the first time,I was told it turns into a big clump in thier bellies(hard to dijest).Hole corn is better. Going to hit the store in the AM and pic up another trail cam.My feeder has had alot of action. Lots of good imprints. Ones got to be the big one, as the imprint is very large. Very nice looking bucks.

I was amazed when I caught a brown on one. I asked this question along time ago,and yes they work.

Hi Wil, good to hear from you. We have been out on Simcoe a few times this year, and are finding more and more of the shore line waters are being run over with tubers and ski boats. Many spots that have always been productive,are pretty much wiped out. Is there not a law about the distance this stuff is to happen from the shore? Thanks for the notice. Brian
