Is it really that much of a cost? Why not add GPS to all units. Just curious to know this is all..

Thanks ehg. They may come across repetitive, but hey, it,s fishing and a report. Pretty sure thats what this site was built on at the beginning, but has revolved to much more. Im ok with that. Mike it was my first time. Yes it,s a nice way to do them. I usually do the deep fry as well. When I get two, I,ll do a fry and boil. Nice mix.

I am sure the S hooks are eligal as well. Must be a secure connection to the hitch/reciever. The chain should not be draging on the ground. You want to chain to craddel the hitch. And yes like said, cross the chains. Carbineers are the cats meow. You can also use the thread lock links. I find they get harder to thread lock in, as time goes by. Princess auto or Brafasco would be my choice to purchase new chain.

I was pissed I didnt have my camera this morning. I watched a tern not once, or twice, but three times, dive and pick minnows. Right in front of me. I,ll have the camera in the morning and I,ll bet dollars to donuts, it wont happen.

Well lobster it aint, but it was very nice. I had two pieces. Once the mrs,s had a try, It was all hers. LOL No worries though. This will be one of my, to do,s again. Much garlic in this butter. Dash of dill weed as garnish Time for me to get on the grill and get some monster burgers flaming. Tuna salad already done.

At the becking of the wind direction, the north shores of the bay was the spot to launch the toons. Out before the sun was to awake I was. It was a sight to see. One of the best I have seen while out on the toon. Marked lots of fish in the 80 fow range. Many chasers. I think all of them were whitefish. Managed to get one to the surface. Lost one right after putting back down. The meegs hit 55 fow and this fish came charging up and smacked it. Meegs did it,s job again. The dog days of summer coughed up one for a snack. It didnt take long for the heat to rise, so off by 10:30 so not to spoil me feed. Going to boil it and try that , taste like lobster thing.LOL

So many over think.LOL First light no matter if it,s calm or a bit of chop, throw some top water. You will find out fast if the bite is on. Then go to the spinner bait. Great bait to locate quick. Then drop a tube. I like to start light wieght at first then go heavy and drag or hop it. Dont be afraid to think small. I had a great day on sunday throwing micro tubes on 6lb floro. I love to throw jerk baits, but in the early fall. Just get out and try different things. Thats the fun of the whole game. You,ll figure it out on your own. Thats the best.
