A while back,I asked about posting on other social media to get my fly,s, and bugs out there. Instagram was suggested,but I could not get a grip of it. l was a FB non guy. Hearing Bull stuff. Well I broke down and joined up. I have joined some really great groups. All fishing related. I have been able to post my creations on most of them and they seem to be welcomed. I have been doing better then I thought and the areas they are going is unreal. Heck,I am even selling state side. It,s not big money. Like I said before,it,s a fun hobby for me now and I get back cost of materials and a few dollars in my pocket. This past weekend,I spend a few dollars I made on a draw. I was surprised to win on my first attempt. This pin is a work of art. Quality is nothing I am use to. Something,I would never buy, as it is out of my budget. Very happy with this. Can not wait for the tribs to break open. Oh like it is said,never forget your roots. I am still a loyal OFC guy.

I just checked it out for Simcoe. A few spots I fish,it is not even close to detail compared to Navionics on my finder. I am just saying.

I am going to make from deboned thighs with skin on next time. I picked up a pack of 14 for 12 bucks yesterday and vac packed in 3,s. Skin is going to give it that extra crunchiness.

YO SON,It,s Louisianan style happening in the condo today. Made some popeye chicken on a Brose bun. Fries and slaw. Pretty simple to make really and you know what your eating. A couple of chicken breast pounded. Wet 2 cups Butter milk, table spoon kosher salt,2 eggs and a bit of heat. I used sriracha. I did not go crazy , but after eating,I could of went a few degrees more. Put chicken in the brine and let sit in the fridge for 4 hours. Dry 1.5 cups of flour,1/2 cup corn meal ,garlic pepper and chilly powder to taste . Work the breast well in the dry. Cover every where you can. In the fryer for 8 min per side,reach 170 deg internal. Double fries Sauce is mayo.tangy dill relish and katsup. Top with dill pickle. Pretty darn good for my first try.

Well just let it down load for 3 hours then told I cannot get it.LOL

Only dink perch around this morning,but 90% took the high hook maggot and worm. Tough conditions out there. Lots of slush. Crazy amount.
