copied from www.ocoa.ca August 20, 2007 LOST HUNTING PRIVILEGES FOR OVER-LIMITS OF WALLEYE AND GROUSE TIMMINS - A Timmins man lost his hunting privileges for having over-limits of walleye and grouse. Robbie Gutcher, 51, of Timmins pleaded guilty to having eight walleye and 26 grouse in his freezer. This is four fish and 11 grouse over the possession limits in the Ontario Fishing Regulations and the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act. Gutcher lost his hunting privileges for 10 years. Court was told that the city of Timmins Police Service located the over-limits in the freezer of the Gutcher residence and informed conservation officers of the Ministry of Natural Resources about the offences. The fish and game were donated to a charitable organization. Justice of the Peace Alex Spence heard the case in the Ontario Court of Justice, Timmins, on July 19, 2007. The Ministry of Natural Resources reminds anglers and hunters that all fish and game in their possession, including those stored in your residence, must be within limits set by Ontario legislation. To report a natural resource violation, call 1-877-TIPS-MNR (847-7667) toll free any time or contact your local ministry office during regular business hours. You can also call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). www.ocoa.ca ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, copied from www.ocoa.ca September 12, 2007 $4,000 IN FINES FOR 130 ILLEGAL LAKE SIMCOE PERCH AURORA - Two Newmarket men have been fined $4,000 for having 130 yellow perch over the legal catch limit. Minh Hung Nguyen, 33, and Minh Thanh Tran, 77, were found guilty and both fined $2,000 for catching and keeping more than the legal limit of yellow perch for Lake Simcoe. The court heard that on August 19, 2006, Aurora District conservation officers, a deputy conservation officer and an officer from the York Regional Police Marine Unit observed two men angling from a boat on Lake Simcoe. The two men had several buckets of perch in the boat. When the officers counted the fish, they found the men had 130 yellow perch over the limit. Justice of the Peace Lise Hefkey heard the case in the Ontario Court of Justice, Newmarket, on September 4, 2007. The public is reminded that catch limits protect Ontario's fish populations and ensure the sustainability of the province's resources for future generations. I was talking to a fella down in Texas today. Looking to see where my replacement rod was. He asked what he was to do with the Canadian 20 I sent down for the return frieght.(first off it only cost me 13 cdn to send it down UPS. I laughed and told him to hang on to it as it was worth more then his currency. He laughed but I said check it out for yourself. While were chatting away,he,s checking the web and he couldnt believe it. He never followed the market and was surprised. Told him to keep the change as a tip.LOL Now how many of us can say we told an american to keep the change.LOL Just a thought here. MAYBE THE LODGES WILL CATER TO THIER OWN LIKE THEY SHOULD NOW,INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR THE ALMIGHTY POWERFUL AMERICAN DOLLAR. Just a thought.

If Im not mistaken, didnt his pit crew go with him aswell?Or is it just the crew chief? You guys maybe right, but lets see what he does once he gets away from DEI. The car paint scheme I think is to draw the younger generation and Dan your right on about sales of T shirts. That company is going to reep the rich,s of the name Earnhart . Another question that will come up,will the JG AND JJ,work with JR in the drafting and help him if they know he has the faster car come close to the finish line. Only time will tell. I think a Tony Stewart/JR would of been a better pairing up as a team. Still a sweet looking ride. Roy.thanks for the chuckle this morning.

I do pick up the trash. 150 is more then plenty of room for two boats to fish. You want to come and fish with,n 150 yards of me Pete,be my guest,I got no worries about that. Like I said, thats plenty of room. If you can cast that distance cool,I would like to see that, hell,I may even buy the same reel. Get a life? I got one, thanks anyways. People here seem to think it,s ok to cast at another angler. What did he really do wrong???????????????????. Why not just either explain to him what you feel he did wrong.
-
No one is questioning that Roy. It,s the way it was handled. This looks like a no win here. Please feel free to cast around me like that. PLEASE Thats all I got to say about this.
-
Very nice combo there Chuck.
-
Lets not make it a defending thing here. Were all buds, just some are not happy at the actions or the way it was handled. Lets learn from this.

This Cory was a fulltime, long time member. His count would be up there in the high 1000,s.With that said,he,s ok,just gets confussed at times.LOL Hims just peeved I didnt send him any wizzles worms.HEHEHEHE Buddy it,s the way it is being put here and the actions Lew took. I think more to the point here. He was just as wrong as the other fella if the other fella was really wrong. Casting at the guy and not explaining to the fella your concern. Time to run,I hear Roy coming with the lock and chain.
