I for 1,am getting tired of the forcasts that DO NOT come true. Yesturday they called for showers later in the day,so I get up,head for a deer hunt and it starts pouring . Today they call for rain all morning so I sleep in,make plans for the gym,wake up and skies are clear. How much do these guys get paid to screw with us.LOL

Great site for the ice fisher. As for skin material,you might want to try corrigated plastic. After all,it,s all about the insulation and it would make the hut MUCH lighter. 2x2 is all you need for framing. The floor should be out of 2x4. Make the hole in the middle of the hut. Keeps freeze ups, less from happening(ice thickness freeze over). Keeping the hut well banked with snow is a real plus aswell.

While out for a drive,I seen the big signage on the building. MMA. Talking to a guy at the gym today,it would seem Gary Goodrich is the owner and operator. I may just have to look into this.
