Al, what happens is that when you put it in the garage, the snow melts and collects on the inside of the rims... The next day you go out and the car vibrates like crazy at certain speeds.

Snow/ice build up for sure... Happens to me all the time when driving in a few inches of snow.

There's no way they'll get convicted of dangerous driving, I'll be very surprised if those tickets don't get thrown out of court to be honest.
