Urgh....remember the days when the limit was 6
-
12+ Lb Walleye, and my main goal this year is to catch 100+ pound sturgeon or one 8ft or longer.

My dad always used to take me out of school to go fishing with him in the spring. Growing up me and my best friend in school plus his dad and mine would all take a day off school/work for them to go fishing in late may.

Hey i was wondering if anyone here knew of any website/service that has updated satellite images for Northern Ontario? I know that there is google earth and bing maps, but the images from that are from back in 2003-2005. The reason I am asking this is because as most northerners know the logging roads change constantly in the area with some getting blocked off and new ones being built up. It would help me find potential lakes without burning any gas just to find out the roads been dug out.

no society where one group is priveledged over another can be free or fair
-
Thats why its history get over it....the American natives were much worse off when the eurpeans came over and they aren't rewarded anywhere near what the Canadian ones are. They don't deserve it anymore this stuff happened 5-6 generations ago.
-
Totally agree its about time they start contributing
-
They need to learn how to contribute to society, stop complaining and earn stuff for themselves rather than rely on government. Im sick and tired of them claiming it is their land. History shows asians were on the east coat well before any recorded Aboriginal people were here. Im honestly tired of it. Living up in Northern Ontario you see them all over the place being responsible for a majority of the crimes in my town because they aren't working.

Highway 144 north from sudbury all the way up to timmins is loaded with all kinds of amazing fishing lakes. -
Personally Im a Tundra fan, but between your two options I'd go Ford
-
Evinrude is the way to go!
-
This is absolutely Sickening. Its about time they start following the rules we have to follow, and not abuse what they have at the moment.
-
ohh kk, yeah its all frozen up here now!
-
I could take you to some good lakes, spots in the timmins area in the summer, but Out of town for school during the winter haha
-
One spoon that has worked for me before was the mepps siclops, get the medium sized ones in a gold colour
-
Oh your from timmins john? I guess you could familiarize with me here then. I do a lot of trolling and I would be using this boat on the Matagami, Kenogamissi,Scorch, plus some lakes down the foleyet timber road and pine street. You're saying a 15 would be fine on it? I don't mind taking a little longer to get to my spot as long as the boat can plane properly. Slow trolling speeds are more important than top speed for me. You said you have the WC? what lakes do you take it on in the area?

Karma... it is a three way street correct?

Yes. Best of luck! With the attitude she seems to have, nothings going to stop her! I'm confident she will make a full recovery. Stories like these make me thankful for my health. I'm only 21 years old, but it certainly humbles me reading stuff like this. It makes you realize no matter what your age, you're not invincible to disease. Really makes me appreciate what I have a lot more. -

Thats incredible, good for her!, just looking at that x-ray and imagine walking i can feel the pain. For her to actually go through it and continue fighting is astonishing! -
That lund wc im looking at now says its only 25hp max though. However speed isn't too important to me. As long as it would push that boat 15-20 mph with 2 ppl I would be OK with that until I upgrade motors.

Im curious and its fine if you dont want to answer, where her pelvic bone is missing there is there still lots of pain or pressure pain where the pelvic bone is gone? , since the femur bone doesn't seen to be attached to anything and just in flesh there? I just can't imagine being able to walk without that bone, its incredible that she is. -

I know I'm new on here and don't really know anyone yet on here, but that video is unbelievable! After seeing that x-ray at the beginning I wouldn't even think it would be possible to walk again. That's amazing the progress she has made. I wish your daughter and your family the best! -
Recently, Ive also looked at the Lund WC 14ft model. Does anyone on here own one? I would have to put a 15hp motor on it for the meantime is that too underpowered for 2 ppl?
-
what model of lund did you buy? what was the dry weight of the boat?
-
How does it run? does he have any recent compression ratings from it?
-
Thanks!, I don't know if il get many pictures up during the winter as I'm gone away for school, but I'l certainly be posting more next summer once I get the proper camera to bring on my boat.
