  1. Welcome aboard...nice smallie for sure. Thanks for the pic.
  2. That's very nice, Chris. Both Art and his brother Joe are kings in my book.
  3. There's some good lookin' food for you. Great looking morning shot too! Those chickens don't look too comfortable though eh?
  4. Good fish for sure, WTG!
  5. Let's give Mackenzie a big week here.
  6. Heavy duty, Jim! Glad it worked out for you...especially in the low water conditions. Thanks for posting!
  7. Good for you! Thanks for that...being negative is just not a good scene.
  8. AHHHHHHHHH Billy, par boil before throwing them to the BBQ. Excellent looking meal...my kind of vittles. EDIT: Is that rosemary I see on the carrot?
  9. Don't worry about a thing, Nita. You've always been one of the most selfless people on the board. We'll "take care" of the others. You be well my friend.
  10. Let it be, Bassman. Shaun has been with us since the beginning. He's contributed to our community and, as such, deserves respect from others here.
  11. HAHAHAHAHA Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing Jamie on the silver screen too!
  12. Yup, there's always really good articles in the OFC E-MAG. I've been around the net a little and it's the best I've seen. Look who is writing/contributing though...it's almost a who's who of fishing. Those of you who have not yet subscribed, do it, it's free and it'll arrive to you by email. I can also guarantee that your email addy is safe and secure and will never be passed on to anyone else. Have a great read, subscribe.
  13. OK, let's all leave it at that and see what the fall will bring. Just a little compassion wouldn't hurt. But,we'll see.
  14. Have a wonderful day for a wonderful cause out there today folks. Enjoy yourselves.
  15. Great report Ryan! You're building muscles are you? Glad you had a good time and I look forward to Daves show. There's a sub in the pic. Or, in Daves case, would that be a sub in the way?
  16. Geez Lew, the Annapolis was about 366'...congrats to you! You're holding an 80' muskie!
  17. Get a new one. Unfortunately, there's nothing to be done with it.
  18. I was under the impression that you'd gone out this morning to get it. You won't go wrong with either one of those reels. It's not a life altering experience, it's a fishing reel! People will try to intimidate you with how complex a baitcaster is to use. Ignore them. If you want a baitcaster, go out and get one. It'll take you 10 minutes to "learn" how to use it properly. I hear folks say " You have to practice, practice and practice some more!" It's not a violin for Gawd's sake! Go get it!
  19. Just click on "show results" then click on each result and it will show you who voted for what.
  20. Fantastic, WTG! Great shots too! Thanks.
  21. My mistake...Mastercraft band saw at CTC. They're not well rated but they'll do what you want them to do. Get it on special and you can probably sell it for what you paid for it when/if you upgrade. I'm using one of those at the moment and so far I've made several hundred muskie baits not to mention a lot of work for around the house with no issues. I use the scroll saw for thin work...mostly lexan diving lips on baits.
  22. That one will cut a maximum of 2". An entry level band saw will get you a 6" cut and you can probably get a new Craftsman at Sears for $69 or something.
  23. I don't think I've ever seen a scroll do more than 3". My band saw costs less new than my scroll....not doubting your decision here, just telling you what I know from my experience with them.
  24. Thanks for the heads up but this has been posted by Rick in the announcements forum.
