  7. Roy-more like a kiddy pool.Its the short-crotch thing,he can't get out of the bigboy pools.
  8. GCD-send me a pm and I will send you a bag of the KOMANCHI grubs. They are not all red but red-tipped. I have used them on my spinnerbaits with good results.White is better for a trailer tho'
  9. looks like a full day of rain for everyone between TO & MTL http://www.weatheroffice.gc.ca/radar/index_e.html?id=XFT
  10. ok-what I mean is the Dingers/BPS sticks and others all work and will catch fish, but many guides and pros claim that the action and quality of the Senko cannot be beat and will only throw them and not something similar.I am definately NOT knocking Senko-types as my tackle includes dingers & BPS & Komanchi's as well. BTW-KOMANCHI has large grubs that make great trailers for pike/muskie spinnerbaits-wish they had them in white tho'
  11. you may be one Misfish but many others I know will not throw anything else if a check is at stake.
  12. funny-the pros and tourney anglers know all about the cheaper clones and knock offs but they will always use the senko no matter what.Tells me something.
  13. if its more pike than muskie 30lb fireline is a good choice too
  14. Great report-nice pics.I think that 'ski may be a hybrid. Any pike in Balsam?
  15. ........to Marc and all the Eastern Ontario/Quebec muskie chasers. We have had really nice stable weather for a few weeks now and I am predicting some nice fish caught in the next few days. I,myself will spend a day on the Ottawa this weekend and a whole week on Lac de Cerf chasing slimies. Again-good luck to all and most importantly....BE SAFE !!
  16. no real need to pinch all the barbs-just be extra careful when handling skippys
  17. Hey,I caught the fish-be it on his rod......on his lure......with his reel......from his boat.
  18. Marc? Digital camera? He wouldn't know one if it smacked him in the face. Do you know how many times I have waited a coupla months to get the pics of my big ones from his 35 mm ?? Lets not go there.
  19. you should see his bassboat-WOWZERS!!!
  20. nice shots but I would have zoomed in on the angler fish instead of the scenery
  21. I would applaud our hero admins even more if they pulled YOUR threads
  22. Re: the windows issue. You are prob all right but I was repeating info in an article in our local paper from last week-guess it was off. And Marc,at a buck twenty a litre this summer,I KNOW you will make me cast.
