Moose Antler Rod Handle

I was recently tasked with building a split rear grip casting rod utilizing some young Moose Antler for a friend. I got started on it a few hours ago and two hours later this is where I'm at. Thanks for looking. I'd also like to extend Happy Father's Day wishes to all the Dads here, I hope your Sunday includes a little fishing time.

Gear up. New rod holders.

Thanks. it’s will make the gear easy to move as I plan on having two boats. I fab some stuff. I’m doing the bases for the tube rod holders and downeasters.

2025 Fishing trips - Where are you going?

My son and I are heading up to the Kawartha's in Sept going to fish Buckhorn , Pigeon , Sturgeon and Balsam . I'm going on 80 so my son will have to do most of the work . I still enjoy Muskie fishing just getting a little harder casting them BIG lures LOL Tight Lines
