Is package #1 still available? 
Do you think it it would fit a 597ci? It's hard to see in the photos but the configuration looks right?
On the matter of pickup only...I don't live anywhere near Toronto and don't plan on being near there anytime time soon.
If you threw away the long board and put it all in a small box would you consider shipping?
