If I buy a used side by side does the seller need to provide a UVIP?

Not that I could find, cars trucks and down to motorcycles, didn't mention ATV's or snowmobiles.  But, I would make dam sure there's no lien against it, maybe a trip to get it checked by a mechanic if you're not sure and get registration upon sale.
