adempsey Posted March 29, 2015 Report Posted March 29, 2015 I've been meaning to pick up some blade baits for Walleye and Lake Trout fishing. I do own a few by Heddon, Cotton Cordell and Reef Runner, but was wondering if anyone had a preference for a certain bait. Also, I've seen some really large versions (about 6" long) for Lake Trout fishing. Anyone use those before? I know they make some for Musky as well. .
kickingfrog Posted March 29, 2015 Report Posted March 29, 2015 I have more confidence in the cicadas for eyes but do use the sonars. Bass eat anything. Little tough to see but it's there Haven't tried anything else, although these large versions that you mention intrigue me.
Consigliere Posted March 29, 2015 Report Posted March 29, 2015 Echo tails and fuzzy duzzit have some big ones. They can be trolled as well.
kickingfrog Posted March 29, 2015 Report Posted March 29, 2015 Just when I thought there wasn't anything left for me to buy.
mike rousseau Posted March 29, 2015 Report Posted March 29, 2015 I have a big fuzzy duzzit for musky.... Never caught one on it tho..
Consigliere Posted March 29, 2015 Report Posted March 29, 2015 Longest I've seen caught on the larry came trolling a fuzzy on wire line.
kickingfrog Posted March 29, 2015 Report Posted March 29, 2015 Any ideas on those big blade baits in Ontario? Or will I need to ship from the states?
