Picked up one at West Marine for 329+tax which I thought was a great deal, I like that it has Navonics maps and down scan with the chartplotter, BUT you cannot manually change the sensitivity or change the ping speed so it is not the unit for Simcoe as far as I am concerned. You could use it for chartplotting but I got it for mostly using it for fishfinding. I looked at the Elite 5 with regular 83/200 transducer and it does everything I want it to do. I usually research this stuff well before purchasing but it was a one day sale so I had to move quick. Oh well she is going back and probably get the elite 5x.
