Donnie Posted October 15, 2012 Report Posted October 15, 2012 Anyone got any links to good write-ups on reading (and adjusting to) specific water conditions? In the last year I've spent a lot of time just throwing lures and bait in the water without really considering what might work best in a given situation. Umm like I learned this year that if the water is murky, try bigger beads, for example. But there's got to be some good comprehensive articles out there. thx
BillM Posted October 15, 2012 Report Posted October 15, 2012 If it looks like a double/double from Tim Hortons, go home.. What is more important is actually reading the river... Steams, tailouts, etc etc.. When you can figure out where those are, you'll be catching a lot more fish.
