Whitby Harbour baot ramp

I highly doubt it will be iced up, but I'm pretty sure they put a chain across the entrance in the winter. Worth a check, anyway.

I go past there regularly on the way to WYC. The access to the ramp and parking area is still closed and locked. The harbour is open water.

it's wide open and F'man's bay is 90% open if you want to get the boat out. I pass both from the GO train every day. But I would rather sleep on the train and dream of fishing then look out ans see someone else do what I want to be doing...

Check the forecast before u go. They're sayin possible 100km wind this saturday.

Bomanville ramp is open and so is the creek to get you to the lake, if you want to travel 15 minutes east
