Dave Bailey Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 I'm certain that I once read that it's illegal to prevent someone from legally fishing, but I can't find it in the book. I'm not getting hassled, just wondering.
Joey Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 (edited) Here's the link: Fish & Wildlife Act 1997 Obstruction of hunting, trapping or fishing 13. Notice without authority (2) A person shall not purport to give notice that entry to premises is prohibited for the purpose of hunting or fishing or that hunting or fishing is prohibited on premises unless the person has authority to give the notice. 1997, c. 41, s. 13. Joey Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 (edited) LOL, it puts the ("B") as a smiley face with sunglasses Edited July 1, 2011 by Joey
cheaptackle Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 While I always felt confident I "knew" that reg existed it's good to see it quoted, even with the non-standard "B" (wonder what the profanity filter thought it meant?) Good job getting that up for the rest of us Joey! Michael
