Banger68 Posted May 30, 2011 Report Posted May 30, 2011 Able to squeak out a little fishing on the long weekend. Got out to a small lake with my son and two nephews. The Pike needed glasses with all the following and missed passes. But we got a couple ... and it's fun to watch them follow the lure in. It clouded over and that's all they needed. We caught about 16 pike in the next hour ... but none of any size. We kept a couple for breakfast. Love eating Pike, just hate cleaning them.

Banger68 Posted May 30, 2011 Author Report Posted May 30, 2011 Yeah ... as the family grows (in hieght and numbers), the cottage is getting smaller and smaller. oh, and the first trip out with the baitcaster. no bird nests.
