Fishing in Quebec

I thinking of doing a spring trip into Quebec, just wondering what I'll need for permits? I assume they are still doing the ZEC thing.

Lake Caugnawana area, a friend of mine has a camp on the lake.

Probably as simple as a non resident permit from "most" Crappie Tire stores.

you might want to check if that lake is part of the reserve faunique la verendrye as it might have special access fees
