I'm watching the show right now. They are pike fishing but using a net that is way too small. Also vertical holds on the fish. How can so called professionals get away with these horrible fish handling techniques?

i've noticed the same thing on alot of shows.Holding big fish by the gill plates,ramming hands into gills, putting badly bleeding fish back in the water. Whats up with that anyways. their must be something we are missing.

I guess once you become a pro angler the rules no longer apply to you.
