New regs?

Ok, so I was browsing the latest regs online and it seems unless I am missing something but Opeongo is open from Jan 1rst to Sept 30? or am I missing it in the exceptions somewhere?

Exceptions is that Algonquin Park is a fish sanctuary - no fishing - Jan 1 to the friday before the 4th Saturday in April and Dec 1 to dec 31.

 

also the Opeongo River is closed all year from the dam at Annie Bay of Opeongo Bay to 300M downstream.
