StylinCatch Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 Decided to go for a hike today, Out McConnell Lake area, past Dymond, Big and Little Mcdougall lake to see if the lakes were thawed yet. To my surprise there was still a good foot and a half snow on the main trails. This will be delaying my trip for lakers even further, but for whoever said the snow is all melted is only fooling themselves! haha Cheers.
e-z-out Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 Snow whats snow? That white stuff that fell out of the sky 2 months ago? Damn you guys still have it not cool. How much Ice on the lake?

StylinCatch Posted April 25, 2009 Author Report Posted April 25, 2009 haha 20+ here today, so we went for a drive and a hike, the amount of snow in the back woods is just amazing, aha the lake, not even a good meter around the edges thawed out, none the less nowhere else on the lake and id say a solid 6-9 inches ice remaing. Antsy to start fishing I tell ya ! Cheers
