diggyj Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 What kind of camera you using to take those pics? SLR or digital SLR? Thanks...Dirk......
bushart Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 Really like those still in flight shots---you could almost see that last mallard landing right into a roating pan. Bushart
brandon Posted February 1, 2009 Author Report Posted February 1, 2009 (edited) thanks guys.....hey Dirk.....I took those photos with a Canon 40D and a 100-400mm lens Edited February 1, 2009 by brandon
centerpin_drift Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 really amazing shots brandon. did you get all decked out in camo or did you just plain cloths it to get those pics? keep posting new stuff, i always look forward to seeing your wildlife shots. mike
brandon Posted February 2, 2009 Author Report Posted February 2, 2009 hey mike......no camo needed for those...the resident birds are pretty used to people so it all just comes down to learning where the birds are going to land/take off and positioning myself near that area with the sun at my back.......really tests your patience but in the end is definitely worth it
chilli Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Boy that last one was huge looking. Looks like the family guy of ducks.
