checked last night this time saw foot prints going out from the boat launch 150feet or more, a friend and i drilled about four holes 5 feet apart, too dark to take a measurement so i used my middle finger and thumb to try and get an idea and it felt pretty thick , hopefully its black ice it was definately more then 4 inches in the holes..i definatley wont be going out til it freezes longer especially with the weather being so mild.

I was down at the dock lunch today at 2PM.. there are some open holes in the bay straight out from the docks. If you don't know where the springs/current are in there... stay off it.

Good thing is, is that the rain +9C this morning knocked ALL the snow down... so it's freezin up tight as I type.

I was just out riding my sled on Penetang, its all good boys, I was even skipping that bit of water by the marker lights on shore.

I got a couple new rods at CT today, and some new lures at tromblys, may get out tomorrow
