I use that one works great works great, there is also an online one as well, so theres no downloading another program, I'll add the link when i get home.

Thanks for the link I downloaded it and looks like the cat's meow would have saved me a lot of trouble yesterday trying to do my avatar.

Guys, theres no need to download anything.

 

Open up your picture in Windows Paint and go to tools at

the top...click Sketch/Skew.

 

Its pretty straight forward. Its starts at 100x100 and I usually shrink them to 30x30

 

Just make sure to save in JPG format.
