how the hell do you resize a 395 kb pic down to 250 to post on the web? the one guy "emil" would help but he's in temagami probably hiding undr a tarp somewhere.i've done the photobucket thing but to no avail......maybe i'm cropping when i should be resizing.. any info would be appreciated...merc out

Download some freeware called Fotosizer. It lets you resize many photos at once.

if you need exact 250, you will need some kind of program, but if you want just to resize, open image in MS paint > Image > Strech/Skew and resize by % you want.

and when you save the image, dont save it as bitmap, save it as jpeg.
