drwxr Posted August 10, 2008 Report Share Posted August 10, 2008 (edited) if you need exact 250, you will need some kind of program, but if you want just to resize, open image in MS paint > Image > Strech/Skew and resize by % you want. and when you save the image, dont save it as bitmap, save it as jpeg.
