Boat launch suggestions for Upper Buckhorn

Does anyone know of a reasonable priced boat launch and park for Upper Buckhorn not too far from Scotsman's Point?

There's a launch ramp at the end of six foot bay road, right beside scotsman point. But there is no parking. Maybe you can work a deal with Andrea at Scotsman point to park on their property.
