shoreline fishing spots??

Hi, was wondering if anyone knows any good shoreline fishing spots an hour or 2 outside of toronto area i can go to fish when i'm not renting a cottage.

 

Also, I'm renting a cottage in stoney lake next weekend was wondering if anyone can tell me any good spots to go to on that lake or if they have a map they can share

Go wade the Speed and Grand Rivers for bass when the season opens both are just an hour away.

No need to leave the GTA for great fishing. You'll come across some great reports from the islands and nearby if you do a little reading.

There are books and magazines you can buy with great tips for shoreline fishing, most piers are a good place to start (assuming fishing is permitted)

There are great fishing spots around Lake Ontario with a lot of different species of fish.

 

Go out and explore!

there is always the lower Niagara river in the summer for bass...anywhere in the Glen and whirlpool areas produce tons of bass.
