Ramble Posted March 30, 2008 Report Share Posted March 30, 2008 #1 The should have NEVER allowed building in flood plains AT ALL PERIOD! They (gov') needs to seriously re-evaluate the regulations for building on wetlands and flood plains, because it is't going to help US the people at all, by having a house in a flood plain.....were just as happy on a hill.
